Price varies Depending on Job

For a typical roof installations we use 30lb felt, roofing shingle of your choice, metal flashing, metal vents, lead pipes jacks, and galvanized nails as standard materials. I tear off old roofing material, dispose of old roofing material, and remove old felt to start. I replace felt, roofing shingles, flashings, nails and vents with all new materials. If plywood is needed to be replaced I use 1/2" 4-ply CDX plywood as standard practice for longevity. I clean up the debris, garbage, and nails from the job and dispose of it.

Gutter Cleanings and Moss Treatment

Starting at $200

I don’t clean moss off of roofs at this time. I spray your roof with moss treatment in designated areas where moss is most likely to grow. I clean gutters out by hand and with a leaf blower. If there is a clog in one of the drain pipes, I unclog it the best I can.
